Some things to help you prepare for the event:

What to Bring:

-Water

-Dress Comfortably and in Layers we will be in a barn setting that allows for an open air environment that can also be closed off to the elements. However, as the seasons change your attire may want to accommodate the temperature.

-Yoga Mat, Cushions, Pillows, Blankets (you will be laying down for an hour meditation and we truly want you to be as comfortable as possible)

-If lying down is not an option for you please consider bringing a camping chair or folding chair.

Order Policies-

Student Cancellation:

Students are required to provide 24 hours notice for any workshop they would like to cancel in order to receive a full refund. 2 hours notice is required for cancellations of any regularly scheduled studio class in order to receive a full refund or option for make up credit. Anything less than 2 hours notice will be considered a no show. No shows will be charged for the class and no refund or credit will be offered. We do understand that life happens and sometimes unexpected situations arise. If this occurs and you cannot attend class due to an unexpected emergency please contact us at crowncreatorstudios@gmail.com so that we can work with you on a resolution.

Arrival Time:

Please arrive 10 minutes before class so that our teachers have time to check you in and you have time to get situated. Again, we do realize some of our students may be traveling from further locations and can accommodate in certain situations. Some of our teachers lock the doors 5 minutes after classes start while other teachers may be more flexible. This is left up to the discretion of the teacher and is typically dependent on the type of yogic practice environment being created for the students.

Organizer Cancellation:

2 hours notice will be provided for any situation where a teacher is unable to show up and cannot find coverage. Some workshops may require a minimum sign up and if that sign up is not met, you will be notified any time between 24 hrs in advance up to 2 hours before the class.

Inclement Weather:

If the weather is inclement please use your best judgement and notify us that you are cancelling at least 2 hours in advance. If the teacher decides to cancel, they will also provide you with at least 2 hours notice and the option for a refund or class credit.

Liability Waiver Terms:

The participant in this Yoga/Meditation/Ceremony Class (hereon referred to as “Participant”) is aware that participation in any yoga/meditation practice may result in accident/injury and therefore assumes the risk connected with the participation in any meditation or yoga practice. It is expressly agreed that the Bridgette Jester noted above and/or Wishing Star Farm & Stables LLC will not be liable for any injuries or damages to any participant, or be subject to any claim, demand, injury or damages whatsoever, including and without limitations to any damage resulting from acts of active or passive negligence on the part of Wishing Star Farm & Stables LLC, Bridgette Jester noted above, and/or any participant.

The participant specifically agrees that the Bridgette Jester noted above and/or Wishing Star Farm & Stables LLC also shall not be responsible or liable for loss/damage to any property of any participant, including automobiles and contents. It is agreed that any damages to the property, or to the property of any participant by another participant is the sole responsibility of the offending member. The Bridgette Jester and/or Wishing Star Farm & Stables LLC shall not be liable for any claim, demand, or cause of action of any kind resulting from or related to the

use of the facility where the meditation/yoga practice was taken place or from the participation of the sport/exercise/activity that has taken place.
