You are invited to come and relax with Peaceful Pulse. A sound Bath Journey designed to help you find inner peace. Let the soothing soundscapes of crystal singing bowls and other musical instruments bring you into a state of deep relaxation.

Please bring along your yoga mat or towel, pillow, blanket, eye mask, waterbottle and wear comfortable, warm, loose fitting clothes.

We will begin with setting an personal intention for the session. I will then guide you through a visualisation meditation which will help you to drop in and settle. I will then conduct a 45 minute sound bath and finish with some gentle breath work to bring you back into reality.
