Peaceful Warriors : Qi Gong Spring School Holiday Workshop - Cooroy
Description
QIGONG and Martial Arts practices have been utilised for over 5000years as a tool to build confidence, understanding of mind, body, soul.
“Peaceful Warriors” fuses Movement Meditation/Kung-fu with Earth Air Water and Fire sequences, helping teens demystify the 7chakras and learn how to regulate their energies, to release stuck emotions and to build more of their internal power and resilience.
Your facil-itator: Adi received a Black Belt from Grandmaster William Cheung(student of Ip Man and mentor to Bruce Lee) trained with Venerable Hui Chyuan(Buddhist Monk) and was Initiated into Kundalini awakening (inner spiritual power) via the Shiva based Tamil lineage.
These practices once upon a time were commonplace to Teenagers, to communities, somewhere along the journey we’ve lost our way and become reliant on external solutions, when the answer is always within. This program opens us to sacred practices shared in the process of us becoming our own Avatar.
