Learn how to make cafe-quality coffee from the comfort of your own home. In this hands-on course, you’ll gain the essential skills to confidently use your coffee machine and create delicious espresso-based drinks.

You’ll learn how to properly set up your coffee machine and equipment, dial in and extract cafe-level espresso, and stretch silky smooth milk for the perfect texture. We’ll also guide you through pouring your favourite coffee drinks and share simple techniques to keep your machine and equipment clean, well-maintained, and performing at their best.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the knowledge and confidence to make consistently great coffee at home.

Course Details:

• Duration: 2.5 Hours.

• Schedule: Classes will be held weekly every Friday if minimum numbers are met.

• Cost: $200

In this comprehensive course, you will learn:

• How to set up your machine and equipment.

• How to make a cafe level espresso.

• How to stretch silky smooth milk.

• How to pour your favourite coffees.

• How to clean and maintain your machine and equipment.

Please note: A minimum number of 2 participants is required for the course to proceed. If this number is not met, the class will be cancelled. In such cases, participants will receive a full refund or have the option to attend the next course with priority registration.

• Fully covered shoes are required. to participate in this course.

• Minimum age requirement: 14 years.

• Our trainers reserve the right to remove anyone who is disruptive or fails to meet any of the additional requirements.

• Making a cancellation before 48hours of the elected course date, there will be a refund provided.

3. Reschedule course date:

• Requesting a reschedule of the elected course date, there will no additional fees applied.

4. Course cancelled by Peak Coffee:

• If for the rare occasion Peak Coffee has to cancel the course on the elected day there will be the option to reschedule to a later date or a full refund will be provided.
