Elite performance isn’t just about training and nutrition—understanding your body is just as important. This session is designed specifically for female student-athletes to provide essential knowledge on breast health, the menstrual cycle, and their impact on performance.

Key Topics:

  • Breast Health Awareness – Learn about breast structure, common injuries in athletes, and the importance of proper bra support for injury prevention.
  • Menstrual Cycle Knowledge – Gain insights into what’s considered ‘normal,’ recognize warning signs like pain or irregular bleeding, and learn how to manage symptoms effectively.
  • Impact on Athletic Performance – Understand how your menstrual cycle affects endurance, strength, and recovery, with strategies to optimize performance throughout your cycle.
