Pearces Creek Hall Annual Produce Auction

The Pearces Creek Annual Produce Auction is a long standing tradition, and used to take place the day after the Harvest Festival service here at Pearces Creek Hall, when church services took place three Sundays out of four.

We moved the auction from a Monday to a Saturday, so that families and children could participate, experience how auctions work, and enjoy a community night out.

6pm Doors and Supper

6.45pm Auction with the legendary Ron Chittick

8.30pm Finish

Tickets $10 individual, $30 family (all tickets include a plate of wonderful home cooked hot food, served from 6pm)

Please purchase online or let us know you are coming and pay cash on the door (info@pearcescreekhall.com.au)

(If you prefer to not have supper, and just come for the auction, then please turn up after 6.30pm. No need to buy a ticket)

We welcome donations of locally grown produce and preserves such as home made pickles, plants, cakes, fruit, jams, seeds, plant cuttings, flowers, eggs, mulch, chickens etc (please drop off donations from 2pm onwards on Saturday September 6th)

Join us in a night of good old fashioned family fun, hilarity and excitement. Children encouraged. All proceeds raised support your community hall.
