HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS

This class is available to take Online Virtually on Zoom. 

VIRTUAL CLASS

Virtual Classes take place online using Zoom. Participants will receive a link to participate live in the class. Virtual Classes participants will receive a DIY Kit with materials and tools they will need for the class.

Virtual Class participants are required to register at least a week or earlier in advance to reserve materials for shipping or local curbside pick up, or to receive their shopping list in time to acquire appropriate materials.

DIY Kit includes: 

• 24 gauge wire
• One strand of faux pearls 
• Blank hoops
• Wire cutters
• Chain nose pliers

Participants Will Need: a clean and well lit workspace.

APPROPRIATE AGES FOR PARTICIPATION 

This class is appropriate for Adults, Teens, and Children to participate in. Participants must be at least 15 years old or older and can work independently. If a participant needs a caretaker or parent to assist with the project the assisting person does not need a ticket. 

CLASS PARTICIPATION

This is a Live event. Participants must attend on the scheduled date and time of the class in order to partake. There is no recorded session available for replay. It is the Participant’s responsibility to contact us prior to the event if they are unable to attend for any reason. If we as the Organizers need to reschedule an event there is no rescheduling fee, and participants will be notified of any changes.

CANCELATION & RESCHEDULING

Participants are eligible for a refund if the request is submitted 7 days in advance of the class date. Participants who submit a request 6 days or less in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or an opportunity to apply credit to a future class. If participants cancel the day of the class or do not show up during the class time they are ineligible for a refund.

If the Participant booked a Virtual Class with a DIY Kit they are eligible for a reschedule only.

INTERNATIONAL VIRTUAL PARTICIPATION

If you live outside of the United States there is an additional fee to ship DIY kits. Participants are responsible for any duty fees, customs fees, or any additional fees associated with receiving their DIY Kits. If a participant chooses to get a DIY Kit it is the participant’s responsibility to make sure their country can receive packages from the US.
