If you’ve done faculty evaluations as a colleague, chair, coordinator or convenor, you may have thought to yourself, “There’s got to be a better way!”—And, you’re right!
This workshop is an opportunity to learn more about how to conduct effective peer observations and to practice the skills and techniques used in the peer observation process. The workshop includes a combination of asynchronous and synchronous activities.
This workshop is for all faculty at CapU who are interested in supporting and learning with colleagues.
*Note: This workshop qualifies as an elective for the Certificate in University Teaching and Learning (CUTL) for those participants who are interested in completing the certificate. Contact the facilitator for details on how to earn credit.
