Peer Reading - Term 3, 2026

A program designed to improve literacy skills and foster a love of reading in primary-school aged children. High school volunteer Peer Leaders act as mentors and motivators during a one-on-one read aloud session with a Peer Reader, helping build confidence and enjoyment of reading together. This is a fantastic opportunity for children to practice reading in a fun and safe environment.

Peer Reading is suitable for children aged 5-12 who have commenced primary school education. Parents are not required to stay.

PLEASE NOTE: 

• Your booking is for all Tuesdays in Term 2, 2026, commencing Tuesday 28 July.

• Each session runs for 30 minutes:

  • If you have booked the 3.45pm session, please collect your child no later than 4.15pm.

  • If you have booked the 4.15pm session, please collect your child no later than 4.45pm.

TICKETS WILL OPEN FOR BOOKING AT 9AM ON MONDAY 29 JUNE.
