Dinner & Debriefs - Peer Supervision for ND Social Workers
Description
A monthly online peer supervision group for neurodivergent social workers to connect with each other, workshop current challenges and share information and resources.
Here are some ideas of what you can expect:
Each session will follow a loose agenda to provide structure
No obligation of how to participate (eg. camera on/off, choosing when/if to respond, using microphone or chat box)
Examples of current workplace or case specific challenges to be shared in a de-identified way
Confidentiality and privacy to be upheld regarding the content shared within these sessions
We will collaboratively create a group agreement to ensure that we are all on the same page about how to share the space together
Hours of attendance can be claimed as CPD under Professional Identity > Peer Supervision with the Australian Association of Social Workers.
Facilitated by Tara Scott, a queer, non-binary, AuDHD Accredited Social Worker based in Magandjin/Brisbane.
