A 6 wk series to awaken the subtle yet potent power of your pelvis and pelvic floor.

Your pelvis is your power centre, the seat of your creativity and pleasure.

Through slow and gentle movements:

💃🏻 Open and release your hip joints and ease back tension

💃🏻 Generate more power through pelvis, abdomen, spine and legs

💃🏻 Improve awareness of your pelvic floor, how it coordinates with breathing and whole-body everyday activities

💃🏻 Strength and tone your pelvic floor muscles, sense its different segments and learn to contract and release them separately


▽ YOUR PELVIS

is connected to the largest and most powerful muscles of your body.

Learning to coordinate this central part of yourself more effectively can clarify and amplify the quality of your walking, running, yoga, lovemaking, dancing and more.


◇ YOUR PELVIC FLOOR

is a nest of muscles, ligaments and connective tissues and nerve endings.

It supports your bladder, bowel and sexual organs.

Better body awareness and functioning of these muscles can lead to better sex, bladder control, birthing and post-partum recovery.
