Welcome to Pelvic Connections.
This is an opportunity for Women to join together and learn about how a whole-body approach is key in managing Womens' Pelvic Health. Topics include how the feet/ ankles impact our Pelvic Health, how hip tightness and loss of range can impact our Pelvic Health and the importance of the Breath & the rib cage. It's a fascinating topic which will hopefully provide you with the skills to listen to the whispers of your body and learn how to self manage some of the issues that may arise as you explore your Movement patterns. All five sessions are included in the cost of the course and includes educational handouts for you to take home. Our class dates and topics are listed below: please note all sessions will start at 7:30am and run for 60 minutes.
Wednesday 27th November 7:30am-8:30am All about the Feet/ Ankles Movement/Yoga practice.
Wednesday 4th December All about the Hips Movement/ Yoga practice.
Wednesday 11th December All about the Breath & Ribs Movement / Yoga practice.
Wednesday 18th December Movement /Yoga Practice for Pelvic Floor.
Please note there is a two week break over Christmas
Wednesday 8th January Nervous System Calming Movement / Yoga Practice.
