Join Lynne Allen, a Personal Trainer, Pilates Business Owner & Pelvic Floor Specialist, to discover practical information and exercises to confidently strengthen and manage your pelvic floor muscles.

Lynne Allen is a passionate and dedicated to helping individuals build strength, confidence, and knowledge in their bodies. With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Lynne has cultivated a unique approach that blends science-backed training with a supportive and empowering environment.  As the founder of Lynne Allen Personal Training (L.A.P.T.) and LA Pilates NZ, Lynne specializes in pre- and post-natal coaching, pelvic floor rehabilitation, and strength training. Her philosophy centers around quality movement, education, and sustainable fitness, ensuring that clients not only improve their physical health but also gain a deeper understanding of how their bodies function  With a background in Applied Sports Science (Honors) and certifications in Pelvic Floor Exercise, Lynne is committed to ongoing professional development and staying at the forefront of research in women’s health and functional movement. Whether working with athletes, new mothers, or individuals seeking better pelvic floor health, Lynne’s approach is practical, engaging, and results-driven.

Through her work, Lynne aims to demystify pelvic floor training, making it accessible and effective for all. Her sessions focus on strength, breathwork, and alignment, helping clients regain control, reduce discomfort, and enhance overall well-being.
