Join us for the foundational pelvic floor workshop with Rachel from Archer Physical Therapy. In this prenatal and postpartum pelvic floor exercise class, we’ll focus on exercises that support the pelvic floor during pregnancy and the recovery phase after birth. You’ll learn techniques to improve core stability, manage pelvic discomfort, and promote safe movement. Following the exercises, we’ll have a Q&A session where I’ll address your specific concerns about pelvic health during this important time.
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely, such as maternity or postpartum leggings and a supportive top. A yoga mat is helpful for floor exercises, and don’t forget to bring water for hydration!
