This August, we invite you to a one-night-only tasting experience at Firma Italian to honour the release of the Penfolds 2025 Collection. Join Penfolds Red Winemaker Andrew Baldwin for an immersive dinner that brings the latest chapter of Penfolds to life through each course.
From the elegance of Bin 51 Riesling to the power of Bin 389 Cabernet Shiraz and the legacy of Grange 2021, each wine has been paired with a seasonal menu designed to elevate its expression. Expect bold character, storytelling, and a rare opportunity to engage directly with one of Australia’s most iconic wine portfolios.
Guests will enjoy a five-course menu paired with wines from the 2025 Collection, along with a welcome Champagne and canapés. You'll also gain access to additional Penfolds wines available for purchase on the night, plus a chance to win a special lucky door prize.

His work spans both Australian and Californian expressions, drawing on decades of tradition while continuing to innovate.
