  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

Event description

The Penrith Homelessness Interagency (PHI) provides a platform for all service providers working with people at risk or who are homeless. It includes direct services, emergency relief and meal service providers. The PHI meets quarterly on the first Thursday of every second month and is convened by Carolyn Stewart, Community Capacity Officer who can be contacted at carolyn.stewart@penrith.city.
