Event description
The Penrith Homelessness Interagency (PHI) provides a platform for all service providers working with people at risk or who are homeless. It includes direct services, emergency relief and meal service providers. The PHI meets quarterly on the first Wednesday of the month and is convened by Michael Laing, Community Capacity Officer who can be contacted at michael.laing@penrith.city.
