Are you a woman aged 55 or over living in or around Penrith?

We'd love to meet you.

Older Women's Network NSW is rejuvenating the Penrith chapter, and we want local women to decide what it looks like. This won't be a program designed for you somewhere else and dropped into your area. It will be one that will be built by women like you in the room.

Think good company, guest speakers worth turning up for, honest conversations about health and wellbeing, and activities chosen by the group. Some weeks that might mean a talk on something you've been meaning to look into. Other weeks it might just mean a cuppa and a proper chat with women who get it.

This first meeting is an open invitation. Come and tell us what you'd want from a group like this - what you'd come along to, what's missing in Penrith, what you've been looking for and haven't found. Bring a friend, or come on your own and leave with a few!

There is no cost, no commitment, no pressure. Just some time together to get things started.
