Course structure and topics covered
This one day course will explore the barriers and blockers that affect peoples’ productivity at work and identify how to find solutions and practical next steps to move forward.
The course will guide you through the entire process of improving productivity, from assessing baseline performance and identifying barriers through to creating solutions and planning steps forward.
NB: This course won’t cover employment law or the specific aspects of managing a person with poor individual performance or on performance improvement plans (PIPs).

Course Facilitator - Hazel Barlow
Hazel Barlow is a leadership coach, consultant and facilitator who works with executive/senior teams and a wide range of leaders. She has deep experience in the practicalities of leading, managing and developing people that comes from a career spanning more than thirty years.
Hazel has held operational, leadership development and people & capability leadership roles in small/medium/large organisations covering UK, Europe, Asia and Aotearoa New Zealand. Here she brings together insights based on her experiences of working across sectors which include, retail, ICT, engineering, automotive, health, education, public and not-for-profit.
Hazel holds an MBA and is a professional coach accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
