ProSocia and (ide)ate Studio have joined forces to offer an innovative and interactive leadership program to help leaders foster inclusive, collaborative environments that are essential to drive successful and sustainable business outcomes. 

Our vision is to equip leaders with the mindset and skills to create a diverse workplace where people can thrive and do their best work to drive meaningful business outcomes.

The program provides actionable strategies to help leaders address the challenges of today’s fast-paced environment. It draws on insights from industries across Australia and Scandinavia and is grounded in modern leadership theory.

You will join a network of peers and be equipped with the critical and innovative thinking skills to lead your teams through change.

The Fundamentals course comes with a certification providing leaders with a recognised credential that demonstrates their readiness to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.

    Fundamentals Course Description 

    Across four interactive 90-minute sessions, the Leadership for the Modern AgeFundamentals Course provides you with foundational knowledge and tools to effectively create a collaborative environment that leverages diversity of experience and thought. 

    Learning outcomes

    Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

    • Foster psychological safety in your team (s)
    • Help your people develop a growth mindset
    • Apply strategies to enable a culture of inclusion, fairness and equity
    • Apply coaching and feedback techniques to enable personal and team growth
    • Discover why leading with outcomes is essential and explore various techniques for empowering your team(s)

    • Session 2 - Growth Mindset | 1st of November 2024 - 8.00-9.30 am  
    • Session 3 - Coaching & Feedback Techniques | 8th of November 2024 - 8.00-9.30 am  
    • Session 4 - Empowering Teams: Outcome Focused Leadership | 15th of November 2024 - 8.00-9.30 am 

    The Leadership for the Modern Age Program is structured into three courses—Fundamentals, Advanced, and Extended—with each course building on the one before it.
