The Fundamentals course comes with a certification providing leaders with a recognised credential that demonstrates their readiness to navigate the complexities of modern leadership.

Fundamentals Course Description 

Across four interactive 90-minute sessions, the Leadership for the Modern Age - Fundamentals Course provides you with foundational knowledge and tools to effectively create a collaborative environment that leverages diversity of experience and thought.

Upon completion of this course, you will be able to:

• Foster psychological safety in your team (s)
• Help your people develop a growth mindset
• Apply strategies to enable a culture of inclusion, fairness and equity
• Apply coaching and feedback techniques to enable personal and team growth
• Discover why leading with outcomes is essential and explore various techniques for empowering your team(s)

The Leadership for the Modern Age Program is structured into three courses—Fundamentals, Advanced, and Extended—with each course building on the one before it.
