People Manager Essentials Toolkit: Setting your team up for success

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. Taking the time to set your team up for success can see great outcomes in delivering results, aligning to purpose and prioritisation of workloads. 

This session will propel your plans into results by identifying where you currently are, where you want to go, what is in the way, and what you need to do to achieve your goals.  

This session builds on the Plan & Organise Resources eLearning module. Please complete this eLearning module before attending. 

There are three session options: 

• 11 June, 9:30-11:00am 
• 13 June, 9:30-11:00am 
• 13 June, 1:30-3:00pm 

After attending, you will be able to: 

• Understand the benefits of strategy planning, prioritising and goal setting for teams 
• Do a retrospective analysis to identify strengths and opportunities for future planning 
• Apply a planning model to set goals, prioritise, measure and delegate actions to deliver results
