This free 10-part workshop series welcomes individuals and community groups interested in affordable, sustainable living. Learn how to build strong small groups. We cover essential skills in decision-making, household rules, conflict resolution, and collaboration, all based on sound communication principles.

As housing costs rise, collaborative living offers an empowering and affordable alternative. Our workshops help you build the skills and connections to thrive in a small, close-knit community that strikes a balance between privacy and ease of interaction.

Important: For individuals who are ready to apply for a place in one of our two pilot projects, 10 workshops are a prerequisite.
