In this session at the UTS Inclusion Festival, we reveal results of a project funded by the Social Impact Framework grants analysing the association of staff diversity on students' perception of belonging and inclusion. Recent research into understanding how individuals' perceptions of a company's commitment to DEI efforts minimise stigma and influence behaviour change will also be showcased.
