Do you suffer from ‘diversity fatigue’? Do you wonder if our collective diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) effort at UTS is impactful?
Bring your own device (phone or laptop) as you will be invited to explore outcomes from a recent research project during the session.
In this session at the UTS Inclusion Festival, panellists will discuss:
- how our perception of an organisation’s commitment to DEI minimises stigma and influences behaviour change – Karina Marcellino
- importance of inclusive datasets – Dr Kumi de Silva
- and UTS student perceptions of belonging and the diversity of our student and staff cohorts – Natalie House
