NFP - Perfecting the Pitch

This session is a hands on opportunity to use Human Centred Design to define a business idea, ready to test and validate with your proposed customers.  Human Centred Design has been embraced by the Silicon Valley as an approach to developing new products and services that customers love.  In this session, we will walk through how to identify your customer, how to create the pitch, who to test it with, which customers to approach first and how to know when you can stop pitching and start developing the idea.  Please come to the session prepared with a new idea for your business.
