Our organisations and people are facing increasing complexity and volatility both within and outside of the workplace. There is a growing awareness within organisations that the “old” ways of working are proving unsustainable for business and unhealthy for our people who are voting with their feet as a result. 

In this Leadership Action Network (LAN) event, Nick Petrie will share insights from his research on finding the sweet spot between performance and wellbeing to create healthy, high-performance workplaces.

We consistently hear from clients - and it is evident through industry reports such as Tomorrows People, Research findings, HR in Aotearoa 2O25 - that this is a top of mind subject to address. So to reach as many people as possible, we are for the first time, offering both in person tickets, and virtual access for leaders across New Zealand and abroad.

Virtual access is between 8.00am - 9.30am to capture the Be Curious segment with Nick. You'll be hosted virtually by Tim Davisson, from the Adeption team in the Americas. 

All tickets include a free Grow-Perform-Sustain assessment & digital debrief, valued at $189 NZD per person.

The session will look like this:

• Welcome and purpose
• Intro and a chance to connect with like-minded leaders
• Be conscious: Collaborate with one another to understand the well-being challenges and opportunities you or your team are facing
• Be curious (Virtual Ticket Access): via our guest speaker Nick Petrie. Gain fresh insights and perspectives about optimising performance and growth without burning out.
• Be Better: Reflect on the insights shared and application within your own context.  Stay in touch with peers from other organisations and industries to support one another along the journey.

About Nick Petrie - Leadership Researcher and Practitioner
