Event description

This workshop explores how The Workforce Capability Framework can support performance conversations and planning in the domestic and family violence, sexual violence and women’s health and wellbeing sector.

The Workforce Capability Framework was launched early in 2023. Since then, many services have begun to use The Framework in lots of different ways.  In the background, WorkUP Queensland continued to work with the sector to develop a range of supporting resources and more are underway.

In this workshop, we will explore how The Workforce Capability Framework can support performance conversations and planning using the self-assessment tool.

We will be joined by Rose O'Malley and Rosalie Flynn who will share her insights gained from many years working as a human resources management consultant and in supporting organisations with the implementation of workforce capability frameworks.

We would also love to hear from you!  Have you used the Workforce Capability framework in performance conversations and planning?  Please come willing to share what’s worked to help others in the sector..
