Train your mind to perform at your best. 

In this workshop you will learn mindset skills that will set you up for success in your sport even in uncertain times. Learn the science behind building a growth mindset, why it makes all the difference and how to apply it to your current environment.

Through practical exercises and real-world examples, this workshop will help you to shift your mindset for optimal performance and to create training and performance environments that support this.

You will leave with a tailored plan to build your performance mindset, including the role of beliefs, motivation, challenges, failure and feedback.
