Are you curious to learn how to better care for your mind and body during Perimenopause? 

Are you between the ages of 35-55 years old?  

Join Holistic Health Coach Tammy and Mindfulness teacher Jane in exploring this stage of life and gain greater knowledge and self-care resources.  Whether this is a journey you're embarking on, in the middle of, curious to find out more about or if you work in women's health; be empowered to  expand your understanding of what perimenopause is and what it means. Learn tools to nourish the body, calm the mind and improve self-regulation. Connect with a small, like minded group of women, in a warm & welcoming space.

What to expect on the day:

Informative session - An educational talk led by Tammy, covering Perimenopause, hormones, signs and symptoms of Perimenopause, and why we need to prioritize selfcare and nourishment. 

Morning tea -Connect with others and relax

Mindfulness session - Jane will talk about the mind and how to help regulate your nervous system. Then she will lead a nourishing mindfulness practice.  
Reflection and intention session - Making meaningful change in your life and sharing as you wish.

A little bit about Jane: 

Jane has spent a lifetime supporting women to navigate the varying challenges that present themselves, both in body and mind.   Throughout her 20 year career as a midwife, Jane has practiced and studied mindfulness meditation.  Incorporating these skills enables Jane to offer authentic insights and practices that serve to nurture your mind-body connection, to draw on your inner wisdom, strengthening your deepest well being.
