Periods, Pain and Endometriosis Talk

To acknowledge World Menstrual Hygiene Day, The University of Adelaide is partnering with the Pelvic Pain Foundation of Australia to deliver a talk on periods, pelvic pain and endometriosis (PPEP talk). The PPEP talk is a fun, medically accurate information session incorporating the modern neuroscience of pain, of benefit to all students, of all genders.
Come along and learn about recognising whether pain is normal, how all the different symptoms fit together, simple ways to reduce pain, and where to access further help. Non-menstruating individuals are encouraged to attend the session to become more comfortable discussing menstruation and help learn how best to support people in their life with pain.

Fee: FREE! Students who attend the entire session will receive a "period pack" goodie bag which includes Wili's Heat Pack, chocolate, face mask and some information about periods, pelvic pain and endometriosis.
