Travel instructions
Bus: The closest stops are Queens St/Humffray St North or Victoria Street (stop outside St Alipius Primary School). Car: there is parking at the venue as well as on surrounding streets for free.
Entry instructions
Enter via the gate on Dyte Parade (Opposite the Ballarat East Community Garden) which opens onto a paved footpath. Beyond the sign-in table at the entry gate is a concrete area which is wheelchair accessible. The venue is flat. There are some stairs to the kitchen and bathroom. However we can also open the front door which has a wheelchair accessible ramp and flat flooring through to bathroom and kitchen. Bathrooms are fully accessible.
After entry instructions
After you enter, you sign in at the front table. You can then look at the Jobs Board to see what task would best suit you. We will gather around the garden space which is immediately behind the sign-in table.
Hazards
There are steps from back entrance to kitchen. There is a small edging from concrete drive onto garden. There will be tools and materials on the ground while the event is occuring.
Toilet location
On the right as you enter through the front door (ramp accessible). There will be a map on whiteboard on the day.
Accessible parking
5 spaces immediately in front of building in the car park. Entry via Dyte Parade.
