Event description

Join Morag Gamble in conversation with brilliant award-winning storyteller, comedian, children’s author, and educator, James Campbell

James has just released a new children’s book Don't Panic! We CAN Save The Planet published by Bloomsbury all about shifting from being an eco-WORRIER to being an eco-WARRIOR. It is a hands-on and hilarious guide to saving the world! It even has a little feature of Morag too. His book aims to help children understand what climate change is and how on Earth we can stop it TOGETHER!

Humour is a powerful agent of positive change and is perfect for educating and comforting children who are worried about climate change.

Come and be part of this conversation - which I am sure will be an absolute hoot!

Masterclass Host: Morag Gamble

Morag Gamble, featured in James’ book, is an award-winning permaculture educator, ambassador, film club host, podcaster, YouTuber, writer, avid permaculture gardener and local food advocate, and founder/director of the Permaculture Education Institute teaching permaculture teachers and designers around the world from her ecovillage home on Gubbi Gubbi country.

Special Guest: James Campbell

James Campbell decided to be a writer when he was seven, once he had decided that he could not be a duck. James travels around primary schools telling stories and encouraging children to write their own stuff. He led so amazing theatre and festivals shows too - including sell-out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.  He lives in an off-grid farm in a field between Colchester and Ipswich and is passionate about demystifying the importance of saving the planet for children - while making them laugh too!

Order your book through this website and James will personally sign it and dedicate it to you, your child, your dog, or whatever.
