Permission to Play - Clay and Play Workshop for Adults!

Price $35 – $42 AUD + BF Get tickets

Event description

You are doing a good job at adulting. Give yourself a break. Give yourself permission to PLAY!

Saturday 3rd August – Clay and Play Workshop

Create a clay version of your internal cheerleader! Leave with a gorgeous little foam clay cheerleader to keep! A great reminder to turn down the volume on the inner critic and connect with the voice inside that says YOU ROCK!!

This is a creative workshop to free and inspire. Explore, express, create and play! No special skills required, all guidance and materials provided. We will explore the concept of the inner critic versus the inner cheerleader, and unpack how we can access self compassion through imagination. Optional journal prompts and tools available for you to take home and further uncover the powerful potential of befriending yourself.

 DID YOU KNOW?

Expressing your creativity and allowing yourself to play can make you feel truly and fully ALIVE!!! Both can help you to process and release stress, strengthen self-compassion and reconnect with your imagination. We use our imaginations for so much catastrophising… why not use them for good instead?
