Personal Development Online Psychodrama Group

This ongoing group is psychodrama based and for a group of people who wish to weave the threads of their life past and present to create the future of their dreams and goals.

Psychodrama is an experiential method- no acting experience needed and absolute beginners or experienced psychodramatists all very welcome. 

Session Details

There will be a maximum of 8 participants and commitment is for attendance at all 4 sessions in the series. 

The work of the group will evolve from the lives, issues and warm-ups of the participants.

It will be a closed group (meaning that the participants remain the same for all 4 sessions and commitment is to all 4 groups). Zoom platform will be used.

Dates and Times

This is a series of 4 session to be held on Tuesday evenings fortnightly. 

Sessions are 2 hrs long 7pm-9pm (Sydney time)

About the Facilitator: 

Katherine Howard is an accredited Mental Health Occupational Therapist, Psychodramatist, and Teacher with the School of Shamanic Womancraft. She has 40 years of experience as a consultant occupational therapist, counsellor and group therapist. She specialises in counselling for women's life transitions and relationship counselling. She has a counselling/psychotherapy and groupwork practice in Bondi, Penrith and Katoomba.
