ON THE DAY
When you arrive onsite check in at the Customer Service Desk (between H&M & Farmers). Caitlin will meet you and then you'll enjoy a coffee to discuss your fashion needs and what you want to gain from the session before you hit the shops! There is no minimum spend required so you can shop up a storm or make no purchase at all - its up to you.
