PERSONAL VALUE PROPOSITION WORKSHOP - Identifying your Unique Qualities

Part of the design process, whether it's a product, service or object, is creating a value proposition.

There's a cruel irony in the fact that many people who I talk to, and work with, have a problem crafting a value proposition for themselves - one that encapsulates what they have to offer, as well as their uniqueness and expertise.

To help people figure it out, I've created the Personal Value Proposition Workshop.

What will we cover?

In this 2 hr online workshop we will:

• Explore the difference between experience and expertise
• Identify what makes a good value proposition
• Work in pairs to unpack your unique qualities and attributes
• Craft at least one personal value proposition - a statement that can quickly communicate your unique qualities to a potential employer or client.
• Engage in a short Q+A

You will walk away with one personal value proposition which can be used in CV's and Resumes, social media accounts or iterated post-workshop with feedback from the cohort.

The workshop will be delivered in Zoom and Miro and we will send you more information nearer the event.

It will also benefit those looking to leverage their unique qualities for promotion or to move into a new role within their organisation.
