Come and explore your creativity and join us by grounding into some clay work whilst spending time connecting with like minded folk!

This is an engaging introductory workshop for you to experience working with high quality clay. Beginners welcome!

During this workshop you will learn the essentials of the pinch pot method to form your mug and how to create and join a handle to your vessel, as well as the slab method for making your plate and bowl.

You will also add textures, stamps and your own personalised touches to make it your own.

This is a truly immersive experience where your imagination can run wild. This workshop will teach you how to make a breakfast set from scratch!

What will your piece look like? It will be a 'perfectly imperfect' piece handmade by you!

We will also teach you clay safety - we do not eat in our workshops for this reason.

What to bring: Please bring along a drink, a hand towel & most importantly your creative vibes!!!

Age: Adults 

Class duration: 3 hours

Attendees required: minimum of 4 and maximum of 8

Time frame from collection: 4-6 weeks 

Once you piece is hand built, the piece will need to dry for a week, have a bisque firing, it will be glazed in white glaze, then fired again. Your piece will be ready for collection in approx 4 weeks time (postage is an additional charge).
