Perth Latino Choir
Description
More than a choir, Perth Latino Choir is a vibrant community where people connect through music, culture, and shared experiences. It provides a welcoming space for Latin American migrants and the wider community to celebrate cultural heritage, build friendships, and find a sense of belonging while living in Australia.
Led by Jesús Llerena, a Peruvian musician with more than 10 years of experience, Perth Latino Choir was established in partnership with CREA three years ago. Since then, it has become a place where every member contributes their unique voice to create something greater together. The choir performs a diverse repertoire, from traditional Latin American folk music to rock arrangements.
