Perth OSR Day - February 2025
Event description
Calling all adventurers, both seasoned and new! Step into the world of classic tabletop role-playing at our Perth Old School Renaissance (OSR) Day—dedicated to the magic, mayhem, and marvels of retro RPGs such as Dungeons & Dragons in its original glory. Whether you’re a veteran player nostalgic for the days of THAC0 and wandering monsters, or a curious newcomer eager to experience the roots of tabletop gaming, this event is for you!
What will you find at the Perth OSR Days?
- Classic Adventures: Plunge into one-shot or multi-session adventures inspired by vintage modules and settings where every roll could mean treasure... or certain doom!
- Learn the Old Ways: Keen to learn more about OSR? Our Dungeon Masters will guide you through streamlined rules that spark creativity and storytelling.
- Epic Encounters: Face deadly traps, dragon lairs, and maybe even a gelatinous cube or three!
- Vivid Settings:Â Explore the worlds of Ravenloft, Dragonlance, Dark Sun, Greyhawk and more!
Be part of our February OSR Day, which includes the following tables
- Ravenloft: Night of the Walking Dead -- join in the madness and mayhem of an adventure where a chance arrival in the domain of Souragne sets your characters delve into mystery of why the dead have been returning to unlife and besetting the good folk of Marais D'Tarascon. Up to 5 players.
- Delta Green -- Enter a dark and paranoid world where secret government agencies battle against mind-shattering horrors from dark dimensions. You play an agent who needs to stop the encroachment of an evil beyond space and time, while also making sure the general public is clueless about the existence of such terrors! Part X-Files, part Cthulhu, all fun! Up to 5 players.
This is a ticketed event (tickets are free) with limited seats available. When you reserve your ticket, please choose which table you would like to join. Naturally, you can only join one table (unless you can clone yourself as Michael Keaton did in "Multiplicity" :-) ).
