Event description

Our incredibly popular Quiz is back and raising valuable funds to support Out & Loud, the International Festival of LGBTQIA+ Choirs held in Perth, and hosted by Perth Pride Choir in 2026! Join us for a raucous night of questions trivial and important, and prizes big and surprising. It's a packed evening: the quiz, a raffle, gold coin games, and the Choir might just give you a sneak preview of our new songs for 2025.

Play in teams: Compete in teams of 8 – don't worry if you're coming without a full team - we'll connect you up in a team on the night.

Reserve a table: You can reserve a table for your team of 8 (must be 8) by emailing outandloud@perthpridechoir.org.au by 19 March 2025.

Timing: Questions begin at 7pm, so please arrive by 6.45pm.

Food & Refreshments: No BYO please as our licensed bar will run all night, along with tea and coffee – contactless payment is available, as well as cash. But definitely bring your own snacks and food - quizzing makes you hungry!

Age: All under-18s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Quiz is family-friendly, but will be best enjoyed by children aged 12+

Parking: There is some parking at Royal Park Hall with two allocated spots for blue badge holders. Please be advised that these will fill up quickly! We’d be grateful if you are able to consider public transport, ride share, or parking across the road at Beattie Park leisure centre.

Perth Pride Choir welcomes members of the LGBTIQA+ community, from all colours of the sexuality and gender diversity rainbow and our allies, with a common love of music and singing. We aim to provide an inclusive and safe space to build community, while having fun creating music together. Our motto is Harmony in Diversity.

We have maintained a stable and visible presence in the Perth community since 1993, singing at a range of events in the LGBTQIA+ and wider communities. We are a non-audition choir singing in four-part harmony and open to all levels of musical ability and experience, while aiming for a high standard of performance. We perform a range of musical genres and use our voices to celebrate our diversity and promote acceptance for LGBTQIA+ people.
