Perfect for first-time dancers or those looking to connect with their inner essence.The class kicks off with a warm and welcoming session to get to know the incredible people in the room, followed by a meditation and embodiment exercises to help you connect with your inner essence.

We’ll then revisit a popular choreography from our "CoverHer in Confidence" workshop—focused on moving with feeling rather than sticking to steps. You’ll be guided, but the journey is yours. Women who danced this routine felt powerful, sexy, and unstoppable. Now it’s your turn!
