Pest Free Waitākere Ranges Alliance AGM

Join Pest Free Waitākere Ranges Alliance for an evening of connection, conversation and a look at what lies ahead for conservation across the Waitākere Ranges.

Our guest speaker, Stu Leighton, Kaiārahi Tiaki Taiao – Ranger Lead with Te Kawerau ā Maki, will share the vision behind Heart of the Ngahere and wider plans for protecting and restoring the Ranges. Hear about their environmental mahi, what it takes to help native forests and wildlife thrive, and what this could mean for the future of this remarkable place.

PFWRA will also launch two new projects shaped by our groups’ ideas, experience and conversations. Come and hear how they have taken shape and where they could lead next.

We’ll attend to the formal business of the AGM, reflect on the past year and look ahead to PFWRA’s priorities. It’s a chance to reconnect with people from across the Alliance and be part of the conversation about what comes next.

Friday 30 October, 5.30–7.30 pm
Rose Hellaby House, 515 Scenic Drive, Waiatarua

Please RSVP through Humanitix.

With sincere thanks to the Waitākere Ranges Local Board and Auckland Council for their support.
