PETA-PEARL POLITIS x ALL THINGS GOLDEN

About The Studio

The Studio is a dedicated space for wellbeing within the All Things Golden Flagship. It marks an evolution of the A.T.G world: a place for connection, discovery and restoration, extending the experience beyond what you wear and into how you feel.

About your teacher

Peta-Pearl is a breathwork facilitator, Reiki energy healing practitioner, currently completing a Masters in Psychotherapy & Counselling. She's the founder of a wellbeing community that brings people together through connection, self-discovery and shared experiences.

About this class

This class is an invitation to slow down, reconnect to your body and help settle your nervous system through concious connected breathing and energy healing.

Each session begins with guided meditation and then moves into a sequence of guided breath techniques designed to help release tension, connect you back to yourself and create space for deeper self-awareness.

Before class

Arrival
Please arrive about 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close 10 minutes after the start time and we’re unable to let in latecomers after that.

Complimentary tea & connection time
Come as you are, straight from your day. Complimentary organic Mayde tea is served before every class, a moment to slow down, meet fellow members of the community and settle in before you begin.

Shopping
You’re welcome to shop before your class - so feel free to arrive a little earlier if you’d like some time to look around.

Where to find us
You’ll find our Flagship entrance here, to the left of our HQ. Once inside, head up the stairs and we’ll meet you in The Flagship Store.

Health and safety

Please complete The Studio’s waiver before your first class and let your teacher know about any injuries, pregnancy or health concerns.
