Travel instructions
Arts West is located at the University of Melbourne's Parkville campus, easily accessible by public transport. For tram users, take routes 1 or 6 to "Melbourne University/Swanston St" or route 19 to "Melbourne University/Royal Parade"; both stops are within a 5-minute walk of the building. Bus routes 401, 402, 403, 505, and 546 also stop nearby. If driving, limited on-campus parking is available, and nearby public car parks include 265 Faraday St and 96 Grattan St.
Entry instructions
The pathway on the North East side of Arts West (Building 148) provides a continuous accessible path of travel to the cloister via the gardens. Once in the undercover cloister there are automated doors at both the North-West and South-East ends of the building. After entry instructions
Access to the Kathleen Fitzpatrick Theatre on B2 is via the lift in the Western building. In case of an emergency a refuge point has been provided within the Western stair of the North wing.
Toilet location
Accessible toilets are located on levels B1, GF, L1 and L2 in the Western wing.
