    ARTIST BIOGRAPHY

A dynamic and seasoned performer, Phil Barlow shares a unique fusion of heart and fire with conscious roots and earthy blues music. He's a true wordsmith (and author), who crafts deep, insightful lyrics into powerful vocal melodies and guitar rhythms.

Phil has released 4 full-length albums, “Phoenix Rising", “The Awakening”, "True Evolution" and "Break Free" with sold out launch shows, Triple J airplay and a front cover story for Blank GC magazine with a 30 date solo tour. It included 15 intimate concerts from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne, and a show at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.

Stand-out festival appearances include Mitchell Creek Rock and Blues Festival (4 consecutive years), Blues On Broadbeach and Caloundra Music Festival. He has also supported the likes of Lloyd Spiegel, Ray Thistlethwayte (Thirsty Merc) and Dallas Frasca.

Following a prolonged period of songwriting and inner growth, Phil now re-emerges with new music, new inspiration and a strong sense of purpose:

“People are in need of connection, with the self, with each other, and with this planet.  As we break free into our authentic selves, and become conscious of our actions, we can then create the changes needed live sustainably on this earth”
