Travel instructions

West HQ is minutes from the M7, M4 and Great Western Highway and only 20 mins from the Hills Shire, Cumberland Shire, Parramatta, and Penrith. Parking: There are 2,100 free car spaces / 950 undercover available at West HQ for your ease and convenience. NOTE: There is a concert at the nearby Sydney Coliseum on the same night. Find the best parking for you: P1 multi-story carpark, enter via 33 Railway Street, Rooty Hill NSW 2766. P5 multi-story carpark, enter via 33 Railway Street, Rooty Hill NSW 2766. Public Transport: West HQ is easily accessible by public transport. Rooty Hill train station is a 15-minute walk or you can take the bus from there. There are four bus stops outside the destination. Please check https://transportnsw.info/trip#/trip Rideshare West HQ is a stop on any rideshare app, allowing you to travel to and from the destination with ease and convenience. Taxi There is a taxi rank located between the Main Entrance and Novotel Sydney, West HQ.

Entry instructions

General entry to West HQ: As per the venue's policy, you will need to register at the main lobby with your current photo ID card. If you are a West HQ member, please bring your membership card. There will be a separate registration for the Grand Soiree outside the Ambassador Room. Smoking Policy: Patrons are reminded that in accordance with the “Smoke-Free Environment Act 2004” that they are only permitted to smoke in the designated areas within West HQ. Cloaking Requirements: West HQ requires the cloaking of larger items (backpacks, knapsacks, luggage) at main entry foyers. Food items and alcohol cannot be brought into the venue and will not be cloaked.
