As the 34 Trolley trundles through the depths of winter, PHILLY CLOWN SLAM ushers in a new regime of Clowndom for our city. Will there be clowns? Yes. Will they be scary? Only if you want them to be. Do bad things happen in Philadelphia? Come find out at PHilly Clown Slam!
