Event description
A creative workshop exploring the fundamental qualities of photographic portraiture. With discussions surrounding perceptions of our human likeness, as well as consideration of posing and presentation.
What you will learn:
The formal and technical properties of a successful portrait
A creative exploration into imagery, presentation, and identity
How to utilise ambient light with models present
What you should bring:
Own camera
please have your battery/batteries charged up and a memory card with enough space
Lens that ideally includes the range between 50-100mm (full frame equivalent)
Other lenses are welcome to experiment with
Weather appropriate clothing
Drink bottle and snack
Please note that is not intended to use flash photography
