This 3 hour workshop is designed to give you physical skills and nothing but the skills : )

This will give you practical physical self defence skills so you have the ability to look after yourself and others. If you have real belief in your physicality it can lead to you becoming more confident in many areas of your life, not just in a physical confrontation.

No experience is needed and all levels of fitness are catered for. Everyone will get to go at their own pace so we have an environment where everybody can learn.

In this workshop we will look at:

  • Balance: Master techniques to maintain your stability and disrupt your opponent's
  • Structure: Utilize body mechanics to strengthen your defensive and offensive moves. 
  • Awareness: Enhance your ability to assess situations and respond effectively.
  • Power: Develop striking force through optimized posture and movement. 
  • Speed: Increase reaction times by honing mental agility and efficient techniques.
  • Flow: Learn to seamlessly transition between defensive and offensive actions.

As with all of our workshops they will be a dickhead free environment, apart from me obviously : )

This is most certainly a harder thing to control as this type of workshop normally attracts them so I shall be on double duty : )
