Exploring taste by way of colour, shape, texture, scent & blindfolds, Zing Fresh’s talented team will encourage an open minded & lifelong love of the kitchen by way of fun, flavour & freedom of choices & ideas. Make the most of colourful, nutritious micro herbs from Manly Microgreens & create fancy pants plates with macro goodness!

With zing, bang & hands on adventure, there will be colourful, familiar, weird & wonderful ingredients to discover as we inspire a new generation of curious young kitchen whizzes.

All activities lead to the design of your own take home lunch box/trophy which will boast your newly found skills. Learning will translate well into enticing options & independence for lunch boxes well into the future.

All dietaries can be accommodated with a minimum of 3 days advance notice.

This event is suitable for children aged 7-17 and adults. Parental accompaniment is  encouraged for all ages, in order to share the experience as a quality togetherness opportunity. Children under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult (participating/paid or non-participating/non paid adult).
