Synopsis

In Tom Wright’s 2016 adaptation of Picnic at Hanging Rock by Joan Lindsay, five schoolgirls retell and re-enact the infamous disappearance at the Rock—only to be gradually consumed by the story themselves. A chilling exploration of memory, identity, and the unknown.
